A complete flop!!! The one star is only for the cleanliness. Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. About two weeks ago, I booked a B2B massage with a woman (whose name I won't mention out of fairness). I paid €100 for 45 minutes, plus €10 for showering together afterward. Which is outrageous considering the price. The massage parlor was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated, which I appreciated. However, the room I was in was very disappointing. Not only was it very noisy (the window faced the street), but I could constantly hear the receptionist on the phone, and there was no relaxing music playing. The 45-minute massage was reduced to only 30 minutes, and the shower afterward lasted less than 5 minutes. Then, for a hefty extra charge, I was offered a special service. The massage itself was unfortunately just as disappointing. What was supposed to be a B2B massage turned into a back massage during which she occasionally touched me briefly with her breasts. The happy ending was handled just as heartlessly. On top of that, the woman's pupils were abnormally large. But let's leave that aside. However, when I left the room, there was a strong smell of Dutch herbs, which I found quite unprofessional. I would have preferred to demand my money back. I certainly wasn't "relaxed" afterward. But after reading similar reviews here, I knew that wasn't an option and I wanted to leave a review! I didn't mean to offend your company or your staff in any way. I actually find your reply quite offensive. It was simply an honest account of my experience with you. Which, in my opinion, is definitely not defamatory criticism! Furthermore, it was definitely not (!) a guest who smelled of the herbs in question; the scent was quite strong! Unfortunately, it seemed to me, firstly due to the unprofessional massage and secondly, after being offered the extra service, that I was in a brothel. As another guest here has already described. What exactly would have been the point of addressing these issues? I suspect nothing! A refund is rather unlikely in this case, and above all, how exactly would I have been able to prove it? The massage itself was professional and relaxing, and I would give the masseuse herself more stars. However, the overall experience was unsatisfactory: I arrived on time for my appointment, but I didn't realize I had to pay and shower first, which ultimately cut into my massage time. Furthermore, I had booked a body-to-body massage via email, but since I didn't mention this to the masseuse, I only received a two-hand massage. When I pointed this out, she said it would cost extra, which dampened my spirits somewhat. After the massage, she was already cleaning the room while I was still getting dressed. There's simply a lack of communication here, both internally and with the customer.

I was pleasantly surprised. Hygiene is clearly a top priority there. The rooms were cleaner than in my colleague's apartment in Eastern Europe. Furthermore, I was always surprised when entering the front door, as it was always narrow and smooth despite what must be frequent use. The massage and the woman were fantastic. The overall atmosphere was also great. The music really enhanced the relaxing feeling. I can't think of anything that could be improved. Basically, it's money well spent. You should know! 👍

I was today at the new location in Mainz. It was wondeful: The Housekeeper is so nice, friendly. The place is cozy, clean and big. The room had a shower inside. Of course the massage was wonderful and the Masseuse so friendly, professional and knew her job. Keep it up. Marc
