I'm absolutely thrilled! The saleswoman who was there today (April 24, 2026) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
At first, I was a little shy, as I'd never been in a store like this before. But after a few questions about what I was looking for, the ice was quickly broken. She gave me excellent advice and took plenty of time for me.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed overall. She was also always friendly and helpful to other customers who came in.
I felt completely at ease and will definitely come back again.
It seems I was still in a learning phase... I think you can tell what people are like by how they treat their employees. I found the negative and disapproving behavior towards the seemingly "new" person absolutely appalling.
I hope I find happiness and respect for everyone in another Orion.

The saleswoman was very professional and spent a good two hours with us. We'll gladly come back again :)
The saleswoman currently working there doesn't seem to enjoy her job very much. No greeting, and when asked about lingerie, she only gives flippant comments. She doesn't seem interested in making any sales, as she offers no advice whatsoever. Even when asked about electronics, she only gives a standard answer and doesn't budge an inch from behind her counter.
The sales staff used to be much better! We'd rather order online.
Pleasant atmosphere, a good selection of sex toys that you can often try out, and a nice selection of lingerie and accessories. The saleswoman is also very helpful and gives good advice. I enjoy going there. TOP!
