I went there yesterday after a long time. What a fantastic shopping experience! The saleswoman was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice. I'm absolutely thrilled! The interaction with her was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail goes into everything. I felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. A true role model for excellent customer service!

I recently visited an Orion store for the very first time and was a little hesitant at first. I browsed around on my own initially, but was quickly and pleasantly asked if I needed any assistance. That's how I got talking to the employee, Nicki. After briefly explaining what I was looking for, Nicki was immediately very open and empathetic. She gave me absolutely fantastic advice and selected some beautiful pieces for me. Everything was perfect during the fitting, too: I was able to show her the items I tried on and received honest, appreciative feedback every time. It felt like shopping with my best friend! I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. Thank you so much for the wonderful service – I'll definitely be back!

I was there with my girlfriend and we felt incredibly well taken care of by Nicki. She understood my wishes perfectly and was able to fulfill them. Her friendly manner makes you want to visit again. Highly recommended!

It was my very first time in a shop like this. I entered the store completely excited. After being greeted, the friendly employee approached me, and my nervousness immediately subsided. I told her I wanted some lingerie. She walked me through the store, showed me various items, and I tried them on. I bought a few things, and what can I say? My boyfriend was absolutely amazed. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I can highly recommend the Orion Store in Gotha. The employee was incredibly friendly and provided honest advice. I will definitely be visiting the store more often in the future. A big thank you to the knowledgeable and friendly employee.

I was in this adult store yesterday and I'm still thrilled. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly, polite, and accommodating. She took the time to explain and show me everything, and her open and warm manner made my day. We need more salespeople like her! The store itself was also fantastic – much bigger and more diverse than I expected. Simply top-notch all around!
