We visited Eros today with my husband and we got the best impressions. Extremely clean shop with very classy spaces. Their drinks are very clean, great music, and all the staff are very hospitable and polite! We enjoyed the fun and the company and we recommend it without reservation!!

The situation in this particular shop has gone beyond all limits of professionalism. While Friday's schedule was announced exclusively for couples, we were surprised to find four "wildcards" inside. It seems that compliance with the rules they themselves set is optional. As if that weren't enough, they "forgot" to inform about the "small" detail that the entrance fee was arbitrarily increased from €30 to €40. This is a completely normal job and lack of respect for the customer. The result? A hopelessly empty shop, with the well-known regulars and just two others including us. A mockery in all its glory. If you are looking for consistency and dignity, pass by. We are definitely not going to step foot in it again. In response to your question, I have to say that .. Your admission that prices and the program change "daily" and require research on social media just before entering is the definition of unprofessional instability and not "transparency". Serious businesses have a stable policy and do not force the customer to do "reporting" so that they are not surprised at the checkout. As for the "regulars", your attempt to question my validity because I recognized them is unfortunate to say the least. We have been in this particular space for years and we know people and situations from their journeys at 2+2, c4c and now at you. No one needs to become a regular at your place to realize the recycling of the same people. Instead of calling honest criticism "malicious", make sure to gain the stability that your business lacks.

Nice place, cheap prices for entrance and drinks. The volume on the speakers should be a little lower because they can't hear you even if you're next to them if you don't shout.

I could give it many more stars if there were any. Extremely serious shop, clean, neat, with clean drinks, great music and people who stand out for their kind presence. The shop exudes exceptional luxury and the themed rooms stand out. Many congratulations!! You make a big difference!!
