Desideria Club Privè is Tuscany's club privé at Collesalvetti, in Livorno's hinterland — and its facilities list is unusually explicit for the genre: a dark room, a glory hole, a couples' room and a BDSM room, published plainly on its own site.

The club runs Thursday through Saturday nights from 22:00 to 04:00, closed the rest of the week — with the site announcing Sunday openings returning from early October. Like every Italian club privé it is a members' venue: the ASSOSEX tessera is obligatory, advertised at around €30 per person per year when this page was written. Evening contributions were advertised at around €50 for single men, free to €20 for couples depending on the night, free for single women every night, and €20 for trans and travesti guests with a drink included — all confirmed at the door.

House rules are strict where it matters: mobile phones may not be brought into the venue at all, and smoking is banned outside designated areas for electronic devices. The club takes its summer break in mid-August, as the genre does across Italy.
