I think she is German or russian I'm not sure but she was tremendous. Fell in love lol Other than that great service I will definitely come again.

The Review: "I had a disgusting experience in The Library at Mavericks. The staff operates a double-billing scam: one waiter takes your money, and another demands payment again for the same thing. On top of that, the staff constantly harassed me, begging for tips and asking me to buy them food ('please give me tips/food') throughout the night. ​The management is the worst part. I spoke to Richard, who was useless, and another manager, Ilsa. Ilsa was completely dismissive and refused to help. It felt like she only cares about or helps people who speak Afrikaans. If you are not from her preferred group, she ignores your complaints and lets the staff overcharge you. This place is unprofessional, discriminatory, and dishonest. Stay away."

I hadn’t been to Mavericks in ages, and recently went back. I have to say it was such an exceptional experience. It felt like I was in a totally new world. I was having so much fun I forgot what time it was, and enjoyed chatting to the ladies, a great neck massage and the privacy of the VIP area. Truly blown away by how professional the staff was, and how much attention to detail was paid to every element. Excited to go back!
