Great, very good product

Never again! I bought a product in the store for CHF 34.90. The same product currently costs CHF 10.90 at a competitor, and sometimes even less online. Management explains that this is due to their extensive branch network in Switzerland. And they expect consumers to subsidize this? No thanks!

Stay away! This place is toxic. The customer service is severely lacking. If you want to be treated well, go to Orion in Weil am Rhein. It’s worth the extra thirty minutes. This store is right across from my work and I would never set foot in here again. The selection is great, but what is the point?

Very unfriendly, unpleasant, and inflexible about store policy. Clerk seemed grumpy from we entered. She demanded I buy a product because I opened it in the store; what had happened was I took off one piece of tape, standing 2 meters i front of her. Hygiene reasons given were completely unreasonable, as the product was not even exposed, and she had just let us hold a similar product after opening it herself 2 minutes earlier, and she was watching me the whole time. I understand upstairs it might be a different story, where she can’t keep an eye on you, but this was just unpleasant, especially when she accused me of being respectless. She let us go in the end without buying the product we didn’t want, and we were “turned off” from getting anything else. Would think that a store like that would try to encourage visitors more, when it’s so much easier and more discreet to shop online. I guess they count on people not daring to write google reviews…?

Its amezing and helpful girl who working this shop its full she do our work
