Cruising World Egerkingen is one of five Cruising World clubs in Switzerland, which call themselves an erotic experience world of a special kind for couples and singles, whether straight, bi, gay or trans. Private individuals meet here to have fun together. Sex is not guaranteed, nothing is compulsory, and the clubs stress that they are not a brothel: prostitution is banned.

The clubs are fitted out for living out erotic fantasies, with a bar, a lounging area and generous shower landscapes, separate fetish and SM areas and lockable rooms, all under deliberately low, atmospheric lighting. This branch has a steam bath and a sauna, and the club is wheelchair accessible. Last entry is at 10 pm every day, and the clubs close on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Whit Sunday, the Swiss National Day, 24 and 25 December and over New Year.
