My favorite private house. Very approachable (in the good sense of the word) and cozy. A number of lovely, sociable ladies work there who do their job with great pleasure and passion. The value for money is simply top-notch! I love coming to Huize Fleur.

Important tips for your wallet: - They like to waste time in all sorts of ways. Don't give them a chance and make clear agreements before you pay. - "Fleur's sister": don't believe them. They lie a lot, brush you off, and are unfriendly. - Keep screenshots of the rates and services a worker provides at hand. There's a lot of fiddling and lying going on here. - They sometimes leave you standing at a closed door and don't even inform you on their website if they're unexpectedly closed. So take photos and confront them if this happens, because they constantly update the website... so they can easily announce when they're closed. Despite all the lying and money-grabbing, I want to be honest and say that not all workers have bad intentions. Some are even concerned and engaged with you as a person, not as "the customer." You do build a bond with each other in a structured collaboration, and that's good. Fleur and Fleur's sister: being kind costs you nothing, and it's a shame if there are more callers, but really listen to a caller with complaints. Anticipate them. Acknowledge mistakes if they occur. That's the only way we can all keep things fun and friendly, as Fleur presents on the website!

SCAMMED! People, beware! There is a certain Alicia working there posing as a girl, but she is absolutely not a girl, but a transgender man. Now, there is nothing wrong with that, but then be honest about it! When I found out and pointed this out, it was denied in every way and I lost my money. A certain Yvonne also approached me quite threateningly, which is why I decided to leave. Very bad place!

This place has gone downhill lately. When Milla was still there, they were great! Now I've been back five times, and all five experiences have been absolutely terrible, with all the different ladies. In the past, if you paid them promptly in the room, they'd just drop off the money and be back in the room within a minute at most. Now they can be gone for five minutes! And that takes away from your time! In the past, if you paid for half an hour, you got half an hour. Now, after 20 minutes, they're already saying, "Yeah, you only have 5 minutes left," because it also takes five minutes to get dressed. That's ridiculous! Besides, some girls, like Diana, do factory work: "Yeah, baby, okay, yeah, quick, quick, quick." This place really isn't what it used to be; all the new ladies are also well above average weight. It's a real shame that all of Apeldoorn can only choose from this place. The day a new one comes out, I think this one will be history.
