Lady opened the box showed that it worked. Took home charged the bullet toy and never worked after that. They said do a warranty refund but who has time to wait for that?

Great store, fantastic selection and super friendly staff (helpful but not pushy). Lots of options for all budgets and tastes. Thank you from the UK guys on their honeymoon 😊

The Tallahassee store is very nice and has a good selection. It feels classy and doesn’t give a sleezy vibe like some adult stores do. Robin, who is a sales consultant there, is awesome. He is so helpful and is a great help with any product questions and he makes the buying process very easy, especially for people who may not be familiar with some of the products they sell. All in all, this is a great store. *Went back for another visit and Kay was my sales associate. She was so sweet and helpful. This is an excellent store and the staff who have helped me during my visits have all been so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to spice up their fun time!

We had an amazing time here at Hustlers. Joey was attentive and informative! What a great personality!! It was two of my friends first time at a store like this and they said it was a super fun time. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they have a very wide selection of toys and lingerie!! Thanks Joey!!

Clean and friendly. They don't have that creepy, watch your every move in a florescent lit cold building feel the other places in town give. It's roomy and soft lighting gives it a department store feel. The carded area is set off to the side so they aren't attacking you at the door for ID. I highly recommend this place for the comfort, selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff!
