Hustler Hollywood Philadelphia is the adult boutique chain's store on Spring Garden Street, opened in December 2022. It stocks vibrators, dildos, strap-ons, masturbators, lingerie, lubricants and DVDs, with staff on hand to explain the products. The store is wheelchair accessible and opens daily, until midnight Monday to Saturday.

Don’t even entertain this place. Sold me a VERY defective product TWO days ago. Has not been used only charged and said there’s nothing they can do. I didn’t get nasty, all I said was “what a waste of $100 on a product your staff recommended” and Jarrod hung up on me. What a joke of a business.
Helpful, friendly, and respectful staff. No judgement and no BS. Exotic dance wear and real Pleaser shoes available. Cheaper pricing and better variety than the various stores on South St. Lots of sales, lots of fun!!
The store clerk was so sweet and helpful when it came to suggesting inventory options. We will be back very soon
Bought 10 chocolates after it was advertised that there was a special going on. Didn't realize I was charged full price, when I went back to ask for the price adjustment. They could not offer any solution, simply said "sorry for the oversight" and couldn't offer any refund or store credit even though THEY OVERCHARGED ME. Management then tells my credit card company that promotion ended when I had made my purchase. Why would I make up a promotion??? Don't have your employees LIE to make a sale. Terrible sales practice, never coming back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Went to this store for the first time on Friday and have never in my life had such an incredible shopping experience. Janie was absolutely incredible !! She answered any and all questions we had and was so incredibly friendly. She made me feel so confident and comfortable in the short time I spent with her. The wide selection of toys and lingerie already made me want to come back again and again but Janie made me so excited to return as soon as possible.
