1 star. Went here with two friends for a 21st birthday and we were only there about an hour. I agreed to $30 per song (4 dances total) with the lady I was with, then somehow ended up with a $3,680 bill for the three of us. The receipt shows multiple $760 charges plus extra “script handling fees.” When I questioned it, security came over and I felt pressured into paying. We were drinking and my two buddies had never even been to a strip club before, which made the whole thing feel even more predatory. If you go here, get every price in writing before agreeing to anything. Personally, I’d stay far away.

I just moved to Austin, TX from CA in Jan 26. . The staff at Palazios (Security, ladies, concierge, bartenders, dancers, waitresses, clients, etc)..... are authentic and 100% non judgemental. I felt like I was in my own castle, with gorgeous women floating around, willing to take time to make me feel...... happy! I feel especially blessed to have Mia guide me, support me and comfort me in an authentic and uplifting manner. She showed me, that at Palazios, every person is appreciated, accepted and RASpected! Authentic energy, authentic acceptance, authentic authenticity! Not just exotic dancers, but community queens! One Man, one opinion, One Love!

Mia was my friends and I’s server this past Tuesday and all i can say is WOW! her hustle and ambition was incredible, and that’s coming from a group of sales guys! We honestly are jealous she isn’t working for us. She was kind, absolutely hilarious, and really seemed interested in us as people not just customers, asking questions about our company and our travels, etc. She was consistently engaging with our table with every drink poured, and all of her other tables, and never served without a smile and a good punchline, not to mention she was drop-dead gorgeous! Palazio is really really lucky to have her! We’ll definitely be coming to back to see her during our next Austin conference , she was the highlight of our trip!

Came in to celebrate Aleah’s birthday and had a great time. The vibe at Palazio is always welcoming, the staff made everything easy, and Alyssa took great care of me throughout the night. The managers were helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back soon

I'm in Austin for a few days of work, and I stopped by for a drink and some food. The girls are great and the service never disappoints. My server Isabella, was quick and attentive. Consistent experiences like this is why I keep coming back when I'm in town.
