Posada del Mar is a couples' hotel on the Rambla Costanera at Barra de Carrasco, on the coast just east of Montevideo in Canelones. Every room has an automatic private garage, air conditioning, a minibar, cable TV and a music system, and the hotel's automated systems let guests visit without dealing with anyone. Rooms come in Classic (Arrecife, Sirena), Special (Nautilus, Spa) and Superior (Reflejo de Luna) categories, the top rooms with Roman hydromassage tubs, sea views and private terraces. A food menu and a cocktail open bar are available around the clock, and rooms can be booked online by card or paid in cash through the ABITAB network.

Beautiful place, thoroughly enjoyable... Very neat, clean, and the service is spectacular... We're leaving with a strong desire to return! Highly recommended...
