The rooms are very nice and, above all, clean. The room service is excellent. The TVs have pay-per-view channels and are also smart TVs, so you can watch YouTube and Netflix. Highly recommended, especially for the price.

The moment you walk in, you're dizzy. You don't know where to go when they point you out... you practically have to go by intuition. My partner chose the pole dancing room... the pole wobbly and too short for its purpose. You can hear noises from the hallway. Noises from the other rooms filter in. On the audio channels, they were playing the same song in one of the rooms. The bed is very small. The shower area in the bathroom doesn't have a baseboard. Therefore, water overflows all over the bathroom when you shower. The croissants at breakfast were just okay. The elevator is only big enough for one very tall person, and no one else can fit in after that. But, it's a passable hotel to keep in mind as a reservation.

A lovely place, perfect for a romantic getaway. They offer spacious and beautifully presented rooms with amenities like adjustable lighting, music, television, and more. Room service is adequate, and the cleanliness is as it should always be. The reception staff is quite good; I remember having trouble finding a reservation I paid for through Mercado Pago, and the receptionist was patient and very kind. Highly recommended!

It wasn't necessary to call; all the information was available on their website: schedules, discounts, and updated rates. We bought a discount coupon online, but the night receptionist (Natalia) initially refused to apply it, claiming it was only valid until 9 PM, something that isn't stated on the website. She only honored it after we insisted, even though we are blind. This type of treatment is uncomfortable and should be improved. The room was small, quiet, and clean. The bed was firm (dense foam) and very comfortable. There were two glass-topped bedside tables, a coffee table (without chairs), a movable glass ashtray, and triple hooks on the wall. We requested a complimentary blanket, which they provided without any problem. The bathroom was divided into three sections: an external sink (with hot water, a hairdryer, and a conveniently located electrical outlet), then a standing shower (with plastic faucets and a plastic soap dish), and an internal door for the toilet and bidet, both with disinfectant seals. All the bathroom faucets were single-lever. There was a wastebasket with a bag and toilet paper. Hygiene products included shampoo, conditioner, two bars of soap, a shower cap, a wide-tooth comb, and a condom (all in the same bag). Oral hygiene products were not included. Towels came in individual sealed bags (one large and one hand towel per set). The climate control system combined central heating with air conditioning, but we couldn't adjust the temperature because the touch panel was inaccessible (we were cold). The TV had no physical buttons, and we weren't given a remote control, so it couldn't be used. Breakfast was adequate: one herbal tea per person (they respected our preferences), three croissants (both lard and butter), with sugar and sweetener. There were no cold teas. The serving hatch was designed like a little house with top hinges and no locking mechanism, making it difficult to use. Although it had voice announcements, they were rarely used, and the staff preferred to knock on the door. Prices are similar to other hotels in the area, but if you take advantage of the online discount, it's more convenient (if they offer one). Check-in times: Sunday to Thursday from 10 PM to 1 PM, Friday from 2 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday from 4 AM to 1 PM. In summary: good cleanliness and a comfortable bed, but the unhelpful service and lack of accessibility left room for improvement.
