I went to that hotel with my boyfriend. The cleanliness is terrible. In the bathroom, there was a used condom with semen lying next to the toilet. And the bathroom smelled awful. The food is okay, but not delicious. And at night we couldn't sleep peacefully because we could hear a woman screaming while having sex from our room. They should improve and install soundproofing.

TERRIBLE! We booked the most luxurious suite, but it was anything but luxurious; it was dirty, messy, there was a used condom, and to top it all off, during sex, a couple opened the door and told us the receptionist had sent them. When we went to complain, the receptionist told us there had been a communication error on the reverse. My wife and I went to another room, which was even worse—the worst room in the entire hostel. My wife and I have been visiting Allguergued Transitorios weekly for five years, and this was without a doubt the worst experience we've ever had. A DISGRACE!!!

The facilities at this motel were nice; the armchairs in various positions were comfortable and satisfying. The downside was that during sex, the bed was too noisy, ruining the experience. Furthermore, inside the establishment, specifically in the bathroom, there was a condom with male fluids inside. My wife and I wanted to have a passionate night without our children. We were a bit disappointed by the location of this motel, as someone tried to steal our wallet as we were leaving. Then, two homeless men tried to ask us for money we didn't have, since we had been robbed.

Until this last visit, our experience at this hotel had always been excellent. That's precisely why what happened now is so disappointing. We left a very distinctive necklace on the bed (black cords with straps and accessories, with a pendant of two large silver wings). This isn't just a guess: we know for sure it was there. First thing the next morning, less than nine hours after we arrived, I tried to contact the hotel through their official channels (WhatsApp and phone number listed on their website), without receiving any response. Given the complete lack of contact, I went to the hotel in person and was informed that nothing had been found. In a hotel of this caliber, it's surprising that there isn't—or isn't functioning—a proper lost and found system, and that there's no response through official communication channels. It's a shame that an otherwise positive experience was overshadowed by such a situation, which leaves a feeling of disorganization and distrust.
