It was truly a beautiful place. The room was tidy and cozy, with a working TV and beautiful lighting. The service was a disaster, but everything else was perfect. There was a kitchen in the room, and above all, it was spotless and very clean. I liked it, but I didn't love it.

Friendly staff, the room was OK! Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was covered in cigarette burns, but oh well, that's not the hotel's fault :/

I'm a frequent user of these types of establishments—I've visited over 30 hotels in the last year alone. I completely understand that there are municipal regulations or internal policies to comply with, but that in no way justifies the lack of tact and the rudeness with which they respond. There are professional ways to communicate things, and clearly, the staff in charge of their digital communication don't know them. It's a shame that a place with these facilities has such mediocre service. I don't recommend it.

The place is great, but the service at reception is a disaster. They supposedly change shifts at 11:00. We were waiting from 10:45 to 11:10 to find out if a garden room would become available, and the staff treated us terribly. We had to leave and come back several times, and in the end, we went to another room. We've been trying to get that room for a year now, and it hasn't worked out because of the lack of cooperation from the staff.

I stayed at the Nopal Suite a few days ago. It was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. To begin with, the toilet seat was in very poor condition (it's made of MDF and the paint on all the inner edges was completely peeling)... unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber... it looked dirty. The whirlpool tub was also dirty (a tangled mess of hair inside the tub - literally!). The air conditioning on the first floor was NOT working (it would turn on and then in less than a minute it would go into error mode - it didn't heat anything). The room was cold (for a hotel of this caliber, it should already be at a comfortable temperature). They didn't provide slippers. There were few music channels and the volume control was unresponsive. The bed was NOT a king size. The TV only had adult channels. There weren't enough towels (only two sets). It was truly far from what you'd expect for the price they charge. The truth is, we should have gone somewhere else, but we didn't want to ruin the experience. I'm never going back.
