I’ve seen their products in person and they appear to be high quality and very well-made. Unfortunately, what isn’t high quality is the customer service. On two different occasions now, months apart, I’ve contacted them via the email listed on the website with some questions while I make a purchase decision. Both times they’ve completely ignored me. Not even a bad response or an answer I didn’t want, just no response at all. Complete silence. If I’m going to give you hundreds or even thousands of dollars by making a purchase online where I can’t see the product in-person first, the least you can do is answer some questions. Mr. Riegillo, despite being on the other side of the planet, has always gotten back to me within a day or two and has been super helpful. I’m going to give my business to the company that shows me they want it.

I went by on Friday to get a leather jacket that I own repaired as the zipper was coming apart and I was amazed by the quality of service I was given upon arrival. I have been to so many places and I applaud high quality customer service when I see it, and experience it. I was here once before during the winter months and even back then my experience in the store was amazing. I will definitely be back to get quality leather products. Go experience it for yourself. you will be amazed.
