Nice saleswoman, knowledgeable and able to give good advice. It was the first time I had shopped in such a store and it was surprisingly very pleasant.
The lady in the shop was very helpful and pleasant. She explained everything we needed to know.
Everything is ok for me, the staff is pleasant and tries to give advice. The prices are on the high side for a brick-and-mortar store, but you can still survive.
I originally went to this store just for a quick look, but I ended up spending more time there than I planned – and the main reason was the service. Really nice, calm and humane behavior, no forced smiles or learned phrases.
Even though they sell quite specific goods, you don't feel awkward or under pressure. It's more like I'm talking to someone who understands it and can give advice in a completely normal way, without unnecessary chatter. I also appreciate that they were interested in what exactly I was looking for and gave me a few tips that really helped me.
Overall, a great experience – professional, but still human. And that's exactly what I like in stores like this.❤️
