I popped into the Norwich branch on Saturday 30th as I needed to get measured. I was greeted by all four happy ladies, Charlotte then assisted with helping get me measured. I have never felt more comfortable around someone. Charlotte was so professional and friendly. She helped me choose some items and wasn’t pushy ever to get a sale. Very happy with the service I was given and will be back in soon. Thank you ladies

I’ve had such a positive experiences at the Norwich Ann Summers, largely thanks to Paris. I first went in a few earlier after realising I’d been wearing completely the wrong bra size for about 20 years and she was incredibly helpful from the start. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and, most importantly, genuinely empathetic, she made what could have been an awkward experience feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Paris took the time to guide me through different styles and fits, and thanks to her, I finally understand what a properly fitting bra should feel like. Because of that, I recently brought my 15-year-old daughter in, and Paris was just as brilliant with her, chatty, reassuring, and professional. We both ended up leaving with bras in completely different sizes than we expected, but with a perfect fit. My daughter is now the proud owner of three beautiful, well-fitting sets, and feels so much more confident. I couldn’t recommend Paris highly enough, she really goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling comfortable, supported, and happy with your purchase.
