Le Destressium is a libertine sauna on the rue Joseph Cugnot in Perpignan. Its own words for the place are a haven of pleasure and relaxation where the real world stays on the other side of the door, and its own footer lists what that means in practice: sauna, spa, hammam, balneo, a libertine bar and a gay bar, with a fetish side and a page of its own for BDSM and kink.

The week is split three ways, and which door you are going through matters. There is a libertine and mixed timetable, a 100% male one and a 100% female one, each with its own hours and rates, and the club asks you to pick the one that matches what you are after. The hours recorded here are the libertine and mixed ones: Monday from 18:00, Wednesday from midday, Friday from 14:00, Saturday from 20:00 and Sunday from 14:00, each running to one or three in the morning, with Tuesday the weekly closing day. Thursday belongs to one of the other two timetables.

The club is precise about what a couple means for its mixed and libertine hours - a man and a woman, trans people included - and about the mechanics: a couple arrives together, leaves together and shares one locker. For the 100% male hours a couple means two men. A soft drink is included with each paid admission, and the club runs a loyalty card. It can also be booked out in its entirety.
