Visitors can come in without an appointment on Friday and Saturday from 13:00 to 18:00; Tuesday to Thursday are by appointment for a private shopping experience.

I went in person to get my measurements taken, and then I ordered a unique, custom-made piece in a special color — and it turned out amazing! Since we don’t live in Berlin, everything after that was handled by email, and the whole process was super quick and easy. Working with Carina was a real pleasure; you can really feel how passionate she is about her work. The outfit is exactly what I dreamed of! 😊
Not sure where to start. It could be the passion for details and that it really fits you. Or that you look super elegant and feminine no matter what you pick. But you can always rely on an honest opinion from the team and that their top priority is that you wear a giant smile to your pieces every time you are going to wear it. Maybe neither and I just talk about the fact you can actually incorporate a lot of their pieces into your "normal" outfits and feel really well dressed. If you look for items you'll fall in love with and have no issues coming with lots of excuses why you really have to wear it now, definitely give them a go. =)
Me and my partner visited the Chronomatic store during the German Fetish Ball this year and we had the most incredible shopping experience! Carina and her team are knowledgeable and helpful, I was able to try on a lot of different pieces and ended up taking quite a few of them home. We were very impressed with the quality and it’s worth every cent. We definitely recommend to shop there in person if you can because there are a lot of pieces in the store that are not available online, including some exclusive designs.
