I bought something 14 days ago...it turned out to be defective...I wanted to exchange it...with proof of card payment...they wouldn't do it without a receipt...I will never set foot in that store again...to be treated like that as a customer...unacceptable behavior...
The Orion specialist shop in Osnabrück is a small, elegant store. The service is good and friendly. Parking is reasonably discreet. Sexuality of all ages is perfectly normal and nothing to be ashamed of. Otherwise, we wouldn't all be here in the world.
The saleswoman was very friendly, and the store had a pleasant atmosphere. The selection isn't huge, but they have a basic range for all areas. I spent quite a while there and tried out all the vibrators – a definite advantage over online shopping is that you can actually touch everything.
We visited the shop today. It's a cozy little place, but they have everything you could want. Plus, we had a super friendly and knowledgeable saleswoman who took great care of us. All in all, we give it 5 stars.
