Spacious premises, friendly staff. You feel comfortable and safe. A constantly changing clientele. Unbeatable value for money. The furniture and premises are fine, but could use some updating. We enjoy going there.

My husband, a friend, and I visited the El Brasi Film Club and were unfortunately disappointed overall. Even before our visit, we noticed that the club was unreachable by phone. We also received no response to our emails, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. We also found it incomprehensible that our friend had to pay an additional €5 for a membership card, even though he initially just wanted to check out the club. This policy seemed rather customer-unfriendly. On a positive note, we would like to commend the owner, Thorsten, who made a friendly impression. However, the other staff members seemed rather unmotivated and, in some cases, unfriendly. We were also surprised by the dress code. While some guests were apparently wearing normal street clothes, such as jeans, our friend was asked to remove his cap and later his shorts/swim trunks. The rules didn't seem to be consistently enforced. The premises and the size of the club were generally adequate. Nevertheless, we feel that the price-performance ratio is not appropriate due to the additional costs and the mandatory membership. Furthermore, there is only one shower available for guests. Overall, our visit was not convincing. We will not be returning to the club and will choose other options in the future. For us: first and last time.
