Loved the atmosphere and the friendly, good-looking front desk team. But Teresa’s service was terrible; she was cold and refused to let us touch anything.Not worth it

In Germany for two days and thought. What the heck. Got all the money left out of my account and went. At the reception I told the lady it was my first time and if she could explain how it works. She explained very fast in a strong accent so I asked her to repeat some of what she said. She got very angry aggressively said “50 or you get out, now what do you want” it was very shocking behaviour. I tried to calm her down but she just got worse. I was temped to leave but I don’t want to waste the trip so I paid and went in . First girl I saw was Dominican the rest were all Romanian. All smoking hot but no variety , I spoke to about 8 other again all Romanian. All beautiful but where’s the variety???? I come to Germany and I can’t get any German girls. Every girl I had was stunning and get a great service but was 100 for a basic service and 50 per extra like kissing. It’s WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY cheaper in the UK. Very very good club, good food, good drinks and fair prices. In total I spent here 7 hours, the 7 hours were flying by really fast!! I’ll definitely come back soon!!!!

I’ve been visiting this club regularly for the past two years. Positive points: decent line-up, friendly atmosphere, food is acceptable (though a bit greasy), and sona & the pool is enjoyable. Negative points: Hygiene issues → salad bar left open to flies, and some people swim without proper swimwear, which is not very hygienic. No real quiet relaxation area → the so-called “relax” zone is right next to the pool, with TV and constant chatter, and at night it even gets cold making it impossible to rest before enjoying the evening. Staff attitude → this is the biggest problem. One evening, I dozed off on a sofa near the shisha area, and a staff member woke me up very harshly, talking to me as if I was some kind of troublemaker. Later, when I quietly sat on a bench in the hallway (where no sign indicated it was forbidden), a security guard also addressed me rudely and told me to leave in a very disrespectful way. 👉 Conclusion: It often feels like here the staff act like kings, and the customer comes second. That’s a shame, because the club itself has potential, but this lack of respect really ruins the experience.I feel frustrated coming back to this club because I have never been treated this way anywhere else, and I travel a lot and have visited many clubs in Germany and around the world.

Very bad experience. Feeling bad for girls from there. Im from Belarus. Hope authorities will see this review. I heard from girls that owner force them to work without protect. On website says "we cant tell girls prices and we cant force them". But owner tells them to work without and at less prices. When i was at reception, manager told me price and said its unprotected. I was coming every friday here but from now i will not be there anymore. How could you force girls with prices and to do without protection? Thats not clean. Bad review for sanitary and for owner.
