The best sauna I went to : Spacious, lot of quality equipment, everything is very clean, the staff is nice and friendly, the population is cool and diverse... It was a great first time at Pluto, I'll return another few times :)

Visited Pluto Essen for the first time yesterday — and what a pleasant surprise! As many other reviews already point out: nothing but positive experiences. The sauna is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has a well-maintained, welcoming feel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. What I particularly appreciated was the diverse crowd — a good mix of ages and body types, which really makes everyone feel at ease. I’m more than happy to pay the entrance fee — I’ll definitely be coming back! To be honest, I don’t quite understand where some of the negative reviews come from. Keep up the great work, Pluto!

I've visited saunas in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Britain, and the Netherlands, and this sauna blows them all away by a very significant margin. I had the good fortune of Pluto being the first sauna I ever visited, and as a result none of the others have come even close to matching up. The facilities are spacious, modern, and clean, with a lot to offer. Staff is friendly. They do a lot of special deals such as a reduced entry fee on Thursdays, special days for STD testing, and more. Unlike nearly every other sauna I've been to, it is clean and doesn't have even a single corner which smells mouldy or dirty. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had an incredible experience at the sauna yesterday. The staff was amazing, with a special shout-out to Malek, who was exceptionally professional and polite. His customer service was the best I’ve encountered—truly top-notch. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to. Highly recommended!

First time going here. The facilities are nice. It was not crowded, but that could be because I was there during a weekday. Although I speak hardly any German, the staff was nice and friendly and I could manage to express myself, also with other guests this was not an issue. 😈 There are 3 floors. The ground floor is a bar area with a small pool and sauna. Basement is nice with a jacuzzi, steam labyrinth, hot stone tablet to relax on, and a mase like cruising area. There was enough action going on. There is another sauna there, but I had the impression it was not turned on. The top floor is mostly cabins to use with the people you meet while you are there. The design is nice in the basement and ground floor. Lighting is well designed to accentuate the male body. I will visit again, but maybe during the weekend when there are more people around.
