I was there on May 28, 2026. I'm a familiar face and was accused by a woman of filming. She then became aggressive and tried to grab my phone. At that point, all the staff members came over and said she was drunk. I replied that this behavior couldn't justify it and shouldn't happen. I immediately offered to look at my gallery. The staff members said, "We know you and know you don't do things like that," etc. There was no apology on behalf of the establishment. I then went to the doorman to say goodbye as usual and told him that this behavior was completely unacceptable. Since there was no apology for the misconduct or any attempt to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, I'm leaving a bad review. The doorman then even accused me of being under the influence. I went home speechless. The staff is incompetent when it comes to situations like this.

I was there, I saw it, I believed it... it's a great place for tourists, the staff are friendly, the girls are like models, everyone will find something for themselves. You need to know a little English or German, but if you don't, you can still communicate with sign language ;) The girls are nice, but some are arrogant and don't care about customer satisfaction – it's just vending machines, it depends on what you like. As a tourist, I visited Bielefeld (Eros) and Moonlight. I recommend Moonlight a hundred times over because: the girls are nice, clean, and every room has a shower and clean towels. Drink prices are also reasonable. Parking is ample and convenient. If you're in Bielefeld, Moonlight is worth a visit and you won't regret it. I'm just an ordinary guy who, thanks to my reviews, can help someone make a decision. I'll just say that this club is worth visiting. Maybe my opinion will help someone.
