During opening hours, there was a sign on the door... "I'll be right back"... 4:50 PM... but nobody came and the doors were closed... disappointing, now we're going to the competition.
The staff member was absolutely unfriendly; no greeting, no smile, and when asked questions, she responded with "what kind of stupid question is that?" It made me feel completely uncomfortable. Never again!
Very friendly and helpful staff. If something isn't in stock, they get it immediately. You feel like you're getting excellent service.
I'll definitely shop here again.

I'm a regular customer and always enjoy visiting this shop. Despite the change in ownership, it has remained absolutely professional. The service is very relaxed, making everyone feel comfortable. They were even available during the lockdown. Thank you so much for that.
I visited Orion again after a long time and it gets full marks. I was very satisfied; Ms. Brandts, who recently took over the store, gave me excellent advice, was very courteous, and made every effort to find the right thing. The atmosphere was wonderful, thank you so much, I can highly recommend it.
