I have stayed at CALM HOTEL TOKYO more than four times before. This stay was just as comfortable as previous ones. While there weren't any major changes to the staff's service or the hotel's atmosphere, the usual calm environment that allowed me to maintain my own pace was a great advantage. I would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The staff were very polite and helpful, which left a very positive impression. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely like to use this place again if I have the opportunity, and I would recommend it to others.

I was able to stay there very comfortably at a very reasonable price. The room was clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would like to stay here again when I come to Gotanda.

A love hotel pretending to be a business hotel. Wasn’t bad but charging someone for coming early to the check in is just greedy. And I mean 10 mins early. It’s a joke.

Check in at 10pm and not earlier. Receptionist doesn't speak ANY English which makes it really hard to communicate. Check out is every day even though you're staying longer than 1 night. Rooms smell like smoke. Apart from that the rooms are really clean and nice.
