Worst customer service by store manager lady and staff joshua i think they do not want customer to visit their store also false customer commitment done by manger yet not resolved. When called to store staff hung up without even listening me . Note :If the manger ask to you to come and see her at the store do not follow as it will be a waste of time gas and efforts she haven't even processed my exchanged request to their head office for the last 3 weeks and when called out she said we cannot support then why did you ask me come to see u first place when you know that it dosent fall under your store exchange policy guidelines just let us customers know on the phone.i have been fully honest with the information in advance on call then why you still told me that headoffice do take this consideration if It's not able exchanged anymore. The manager made false customer commitment and resulted in wasting customer valuable time , money, gas and hope . If this how you run your business I woulder why no customer will like to visit your store I wish all the best to this store and already has raised a in detail complain still under process.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I chose a vibrator and the sales person (blonde with hand and finger tattoos) refused to let me purchase it and instead started aggressively trying to convince us into buying something for the same price. It was borderline harassment and we felt incredibly bullied and awkward so agreed. Upon leaving the store, we did a quick Google review which showed that the product she was pushing is completely unsafe due to the plastic used. Within 10 minutes we went back with the receipt and the still sealed box to exchange for the original vibrator and she refused to exchange. We will see how this plays out when we take this further when we lodge a formal complaint with the Commerce Commission. Just because you have something typed at the end of your receipt about no exchanges does not mean it’s lawful. We went back within 10 minutes and the package was still sealed. I would suggest to anyone who thinks about going into the always empty Peaches & Cream store to realise why it’s always deserted - everything is incredibly overpriced and you can find the same products cheaper online. With discreet packaging so no one knows what you have ordered. You would think the staff member af this store would actually be reasonable in our situation - 10 minutes has passed. But they do not deserve your custom. Spend your money wisely and be mindful where you shop.
