The seller was very nice ❤️
The saleswoman was fantastic; she took all the time in the world to find the right thing for me. She explained everything to me. I enjoy shopping here when I'm in town.
A few friends and I wanted to choose a birthday present for our friend, and the saleswoman kept watching us, which is somewhat understandable, but when I saw the knife in her hand, I immediately left the store.
We've been there many times with our daughter in her wheelchair. But today there was a woman who spoke poor German and was very unfriendly. She had short black hair and chased us away... What a dump! We've unfortunately spent too much money there to have to put up with that!
After the whip was tested once in the shop, the saleswoman approached us and did not tolerate it. She treated us inappropriately, becoming insulting and aggressive, which is not conducive to good customer service. I hope this person will be removed from the shop after the next incident.
