I'm a big fan of the Crissier store. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are respectful and attentive. The themed evenings are a great opportunity to learn and meet friendly people.
I highly recommend the store and getting to know the sales assistants.
"Beautifully furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always helpful – I felt completely at ease!"
Excellent shopping experience at Magic X. The staff were fantastic: welcoming, discreet, and very helpful. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in, with professional support and no pressure. Thank you for your kindness — we'll gladly be back 😊
So yes, the quality of service is truly impeccable, no complaints there. However, I'm not so sure about its long-term durability. And above all, I didn't know the staff had their own clientele…
The team opened their doors to us for a girls' night out. It was a fantastic experience, a great evening, and the team was very experienced, answering all our questions. We had a wonderful time laughing and sharing. They even played a fun little game that sparked our curiosity.
