I visited this shop in March 2026 with high hopes, having walked 20 minutes out of my way to get there. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering the shop, the sales assistant's attitude was unsettling, he scanned me from head to toe and when I approached him with questions about the products, his responses were not only curt but also quite rude, despite having offered assistance himself. It was evident that he was bothered by my questions and there was an uncomfortable tension as he seemed annoyed by having to engage with me, which is disappointing, especially given I was genuinely excited about my visit since I came all the way from the UK to visit the City. The overall atmosphere was poor and unwelcoming. It's disheartening to encounter such people in 2026. I can see that other people had the same kind of experience with the same person, which simply put, makes things worse. Guys, but especially LADIES, get your stuff somewhere else, the City is big, the offer is vast, and you don't need to be where you're not welcome. If you know, you know.

Overall nice store nice ppl. Just can’t rely on opening times. They say they close at 22:00 on Fridays but they were closed when I arrived around 20:30. No explanation as to why. A little notification would have been nice

This place is amazing. I've been visiting Amsterdam for 20 years and walked by this a hundred times. Now that I live here, I'm not shy and love to check out these places. This has been here since the early 1970s. Huge inventory of clothing, protection and plenty of toys and other items related to the theme of the store. They give you a discrete bag to carry your product home. I talked to the clerk for 20 minutes. Fun and easy going. No stress and very huge space. No worries about distancing in here. One of the biggest shops I've seen in Amsterdam.
