You guys definitely need to look at your security cameras when deciding who to kick out. Just because a customer reports not consenting, doesn't mean that they were actually touched wrongfully. If you lose money because of an incident where someone was a karen and reported false information with a interaction that happened, well that's a big reason you're not gonna be able to make ends meet on your profit margin. Also, I think it's sexist that you charge men more than women. I am using my man's account. I am a woman and I am stating this. Please lower your price for men. The price should be $30 for both women and men. Flat rate. Even giving access to the upstairs.

There are serious issues with consent. There are jerks that does not ask / listen before they start touching, especially the drunks and highs. I'm amazed the staffs let anyone under influence in. Would not recommend anyone joining if they're feminine presenting, not a safe space.

I used to go here every week but I got kicked out for no good reason. Some guy complained about me simply for asking him for consent(which you are supposed to do). You cant just go touching people without consent. But for some reason this guy decided to argue and lie about me to management. Power exchange has a "no prisoners" policy meaning if you make a mistake you get a lifetime ban lol. Anyways with a 3.6 rating the power exchange is bound to close soon . They even started opening up a couple extra days so they can afford their rent lol. I'm not worried at all you guys just lost a good customer.

Came as a single female. Wasnt showed ANYthing. When i asked to get my stuff to leave. They gave me $20 & wouldnt tell me the chicks name who was accusing me of being too drunk. I got my stuff and left. I travel for work and go to clubs to have fun. This was a horrible experience. They said i had to ask for a tour. Never have i ever had to ask for a tour. They were rude and made it seem like i was at fault. People warned me about this place but i decided to make my own decision. I wouldnt waste my time.

NO LONGER SAFE PLACE!!! STAFF ALLOWS CERTAIN PEOPLE TO USE CAMERAS!!!! Wife & I loved this place for a while. Even went as fas a becoming members. This past wednesday we decided to go even though all 3 floors were open to everyone. Right as we are in the middle of having fun. We both noticed a bright flash. Right next to us there was people with there phones out. We went right up to the front after noticing one of the security gaurds was with the people with phones just hanging out Person at the front just said "oh thats ours" like it was going to put us at ease. Taking pictures on the main floor right next to a wall sized mirror that can seee everything on that floor! Defenitly better to spend more elsewhere. Such a waste of money
