My experience: Originally, I was a little wary to go in the store because all the windows are blacked out, it was late at night, and there was only a man on staff (I am a young woman). I called and Randy answered, and he made me feel comfortable enough to come into the store. He was very nice to me and was knowledgeable and gave me some recommendations. I don’t usually write reviews but Randy definitely deserves and shout out for being so nice and making me feel safe in the store. Products/price: There was a wide range of both.

I happened to stumble upon this gem of a place in Des Plaines and I was treated so kindly by Randy. He greater from the money I walked in and was so helpful and so knowledgeable of the products. Randy took the time to talk to me and answer all my inquiries that I had. I will definitely continue to go to adult world because of him! Randy thank you for your input and your knowledge I look forward to seeing you again and again whenever I go there!

Lots of naughty things on display. Go with your eyes closed, hands gloved, and nose held. The filth can be filthy. The counter clerks actually do try to be helpful, but who wants to have a meaningful conversation in a place like that! The big guy working tonight was rude, he didn’t know any knowledge of the products displayed and when I asked a specific question on a bottle he said “idk” and threw it across the counter for me to read myself, then when I tried to pay he threw a hissy fit about my card being to close to the card machine??? Huh? he was basically crying saying the machine is sensitive and it’s going to error out of it detects my card too early, he went on and on about this. I should have walked out but I wanted my bottle lol, after his rant he finally told me to just insert the card instead of tapping. That would’ve saved us 5 minutes if he just would have said “tap doesn’t work, wait to insert” He stands at the booths and just screams for guys to put in money.
