They had plenty to choose from the young lady staffed that evening was phenomenal. She was polite, professional and concerned with the safety of another patron, I thought that was sweet of her.
I visited yesterday and Ian was very helpful! Made great recommendations and made sure I signed up for the rewards program, which I appreciated. This was my first time at a store like this and this place has A LOT of variety. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
This place is AWESOME! I have visited twice so far - twice for different things. The employees helped me out immensely both times I was there. They seemed to be VERY knowledgeable about all the things the shop sold, I will definitely be back - if needed.
Neat, clean, well curated store. Doesn’t feel “sleazy” and is very inclusive. Prices were super reasonable, staff was attentive without making us feel uncomfortable.
The store was clean, well organized, and honestly smelled wonderful because of their selection of essential oil type products. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, it was a very welcoming environment. Even though it was my first time in this kind of store, I felt comfortable asking questions and asking for help, the staff treated me no differently than they would for more seasoned customers. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Lion’s Den to anyone looking for toys and other products.
