Winona was incredibly professional and made the experience surprisingly comfortable — which isn’t always easy in a sex shop setting! She was very informative, patient, and helped me truly understand the full range of benefits and uses for the products. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach turned what could’ve been an awkward visit into a fun and educational one. Highly recommend asking for Winona if you stop by!
2:15 on Wednesday 9/12/25 I walked into this location and I was barely greeted. They were doing a job interview on the floor; whilst talking about making customers feel welcomed and informed on sales, NO ONE said a word to me. NO ONE asked if i needed help, if I was looking for specific products or providing information on deals. I’ve been a long term customer of the Lions Den, and never will I ever come back to this location!!!
Worst purchase I've made in a long time not only was it 84 dollars in store it was 47 on Amazon not going into to much detail but one of the packages make it look a lot bigger girth wise I take it home only opened the box see the thing don't even open the package cause I was already unhappy with it can't do a refund or exchange. Only to be told theres small signs that say before you buy you can open the package to see it.
The young ladies were very experienced and answered everything with ease no matter what the question my boyfriend and I threw at them. The made us feel comfortable and welcomed our questions and concerns with no judgments whatsoever. Definitely recommend this location if it’s your first time going in one of these places. My boyfriend knows his way around these places and knows all about the different things they offer but me, not so much. I didn’t feel as awkward once I spoke to them and the made different recommendations based on our preferences. 5 stars. Great customer service.
The people there are all about helping you find what you want and sharing their opinions. I never felt forced into a purchase or like the employee was giving lip service when I asked for an opinion. People 10/10.
Product is good, but it would be nice to see things plus sized where the model has a tummy. I bought a glow in the dark full body strap set that looked great on the thick thin model, but accentuated my tummy in the worst way. I still go back when I need a new toy, because I love the atmosphere
