Suspiria, Hales, and Raven were awesome to me and my partner. So welcoming, friendly, and genuine. Really enjoyed chatting with them about various products and their general knowledge. They helped me feel very comfortable and at ease. 10/10

The booths need some work. Some smell like pee and don't work. Some doors don't lock. Theatre is good. But, the sound doesn't match the movies playing.

I planned my sisters bachelorette party and we took the private pole dancing experience from Roxana. Roxana was absolutely so talented and a great teacher, made us all feel comfortable and confident. Truly the best time such a fun class! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Déjà Vu Love Boutique thanks to Destiny and Violet. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and respected. Their professionalism and warmth created a comfortable atmosphere that’s rare to find in any retail setting. Destiny and Violet took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never rushed the process. Their dedication to customer service was truly exceptional—they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I left satisfied and confident in my choices. It’s clear they care deeply about creating a positive experience for every guest. If you're visiting Déjà Vu Love Boutique, I highly recommend seeking out Destiny and Violet. Their time, attention, and expertise make all the difference.

Large selection, open 24/7, easy to locate because of their big bright signage. Some locations double as a strip club. Store locations offer all types of adult fun toys and entertainment for all interests and genders. During my visit to the Sammy Davis Jr. Dr store, I was overcharged for an item I purchased. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room. I called the store and spoke to a manager, explaining I noticed a discrepancy between the price tag on the item and the receipt charge. The manager was apologetic and took down my information. They said I could return to the store at my earliest convenience and they would correct the mistake. When I returned to have the overcharge credited back to my account, I was surprised with a goodie bag filled with additional toys and future purchase discounts. I didn’t appreciate the overcharge, however I appreciated the professionalism in correcting the mistake.
