They don't allow a exchange for your size. I'm so mad that my husband wasted his money at this store. We were thinking some oils, maybe a sexy card game No a tee-shirt and it don't have anything about the store. She/her/hers so stupid.

Found what I was looking for and the lady cashier with curly hair was cool but the lady with glasses made me feel uncomfortable.. but the guys in the back were the best

Edit: I think that since I posted this the price increase for using your card had been eliminated. I haven't been able to confirm myself so nothing is changing. Edit 2: English really is my first language. Grammar and typos. I'm cursed with a keen understanding of merchant services. That's the nature of this review. This has nothing to with anything else which is why I'm still giving you 3 stars. I'm not sure what it takes for any business to get a 5 from me because it hasn't happened yet so don't take it the wrong way. 3 is good. The shopping experience was great. It was that final mile, the payment portion that gave me the ick. Charging customers a surprise fee for using a card is a major turn off and it's ironic that you're in the turning people on business. It can and will seriously hurt your sales. That isn't a question but a fact. It feels slimy because it is. It's humping the bait and switch line pretty hard. You should include those fees in your prices on the packaging at the shelf, not apply it at the register. Flip that around and offer a 3.5% discount for paying with cash and the people will eat it up, otherwise, you'll lose customers in the long run. This is not a hypothetical either. You're a serious business, not a lemonade stand, act like it. The optics of this surprise anything aren't doing you any favors and when that surprise is that it's costing us more, well, ick. It's hard for people to overcome the ick when you give I to them. You can negotiate a pricing schedule with the merchant service provider. If you can't find a common ground I guarantee you another one will be right behind them to offer something better. Whatever you do, don't get one that charges you for a PIN based transaction. I don't know the numbers but I imagine you have the kind of ticket sales to qualify. You can force pin use on debit cards, kind of. It's not great because heaven forbid you tell anyone how to do anything at all, but it's not an extra fee on the customer and not nearly as harmful to your bottom line. A PIN based transaction protects you from the customer having buyers remorse, claiming fraud and hitting you with a chargeback. Mostly anyway. It's a complicated and convoluted system that's intentional bank behavior. You just have to know what powers you told.

This was my first time in today. It was a great experience. I love the store. The store on Shiloh Road is closer to my house. Xena was amazing very knowledgeable!
