I absolutely love this store! The employees are super kind and informative, they have a very wide assortment of products and they support local artists!! I love them for that especially. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place

This store Is just a gem. Whenever we come From Canada we always stop in. Great selection. Great kind and friendly staff. If you visit Seattle and you want to find a great LGBTQ friendly store make sure you stop by and say hi and grab some cool stuff, lots of custom leather stuff they make in house as well. They sold me a painful, uncomfortable, cheap chastity device for $109, which is way overpriced for how poorly constructed this device is. Master Series Clear Captor, which is straight up not wide enough inside for every person I tried putting it on, and every wearer reported horrific squeeze/chafing in a way that doesn't seem intended for a supposedly simple, fairly vanilla seeming implement at face value. Staff did not offer any experience or advice in spite of me asking obvious questions like the dumb beginner newbie I very much am/was. Staff did however shake us down quite rudely when we saw the "Leave bags at counter" sign and couldn't immediately discern which of the two separate counters was the intended one. Also basically everything that wasn't basic leather clothing in this store looked horribly cheap/outsourced. Don't make this your first adult store experience, otherwise you'll leave ~$100 lighter with a device or toy you likely won't enjoy for very long. Also seemingly all the wearable devices have a zero returns policy. Be ready for that.

Amazing people, amazing service. Quality of leather products is very good, and we were able to order some excellent fit for ourselves. This place is mostly catered towards the male audience, but they were very open to working with female clientele and phenomenal at getting us what we were looking for. Myself and my partner are very pleased!

Great place to get what you want/need for your intimate/ kinky time with a lover. I’ve been several times, and not disappointed once. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and a lot of “equipment” is made in house! Definitely recommend!
