Fetishdreamz is a Dutch fetish party organisation that runs its events three times a year in borrowed industrial spaces rather than a club of its own. Its home edition takes over an underground location in the old sugar factory on Suikerlaan in Groningen; the travelling edition, Fetishdreamz on Tour, is staged in a former prison in Amsterdam. The organisation behind the brand trades as MJ Dreamz Events.

The nights are built around dress code, shows and DJs, and the organisers describe their events plainly as erotic, kinky and fetish dance parties that guests attend knowingly. A strict dress code applies at every party. The minimum age is 21 at all MJ Dreamz Events parties, and security may ask for identification at the door — anyone who cannot produce it, or who is under 21, can be refused entry. Weapons and hard drugs are prohibited, guests submit to a full security check on arrival, and the organisation states that disrespectful or aggressive behaviour leads directly to removal.

Because the Groningen location sits away from the centre, the organisers build the logistics into the event: tickets cover beer, wine, soft drinks and Berenburg with spirits settled separately, a room arrangement is offered at a Van der Valk hotel with a shuttle bus running between the hotel and the location, and eighteen camper pitches are available on the site itself on a first-come basis, with power sold by QR code. Entry tickets are bought per person on top of any hotel ticket.
