Great experience! 60,000 pesos for an overnight stay in the suite with a jacuzzi (March 2026). The place was quite nice and well-organized, with a balcony and a living room with a sofa. The shower was square and large, and the jacuzzi was quite spacious and comfortable, with a window that let in lovely morning light. The downside was that the sheets were like shower curtains, very uncomfortable. There was only one electrical outlet, and it was right there in the bathroom. There was also a door leading to the staff room, which was unsettling knowing they could come in at any time. The air conditioning only had a cooling setting; in winter, you'd be freezing. Plus, the screen was broken. Aside from these negatives, you can have a nice stay. The overnight stay starts at 2 AM and ends at 2 PM (12 hours), which is fantastic because most places start at 4 AM and end at 12 PM—horrible, it makes you sleepy, and it's only 8 hours! The included breakfast was served in 5 minutes, another great feature. With good company, one enjoys a lovely evening; I would definitely return.

Last night I went with my partner. I want to emphasize the excellent service and speed at reception. I'm referring to two specific situations: first, when we asked for a blanket, they brought it quickly, and second, when we ordered breakfast, it was also brought out immediately. I really appreciated the reception staff's service because I contacted them several days beforehand, and they always responded very helpfully. The only negatives were that the bidet wasn't working and that they don't take reservations (it's first-come, first-served), so when we arrived, the room we wanted was already occupied, and we had to choose another one. But overall, it was fine.

Don't go!! It's the worst. You'd think that with the location, nothing could go wrong, but this place is a disaster. I've been to bad motels in small towns or poor neighborhoods, but this was the worst motel I've ever been to. Something as basic as the mattress is extremely low quality, and there isn't even a proper bed; it's more like a beanbag. You fall off to the sides. It's incredibly uncomfortable, and there was nothing you could do there. It was like being on top of a flan. They wouldn't change my room because 10 minutes had already passed. They couldn't even manage to organize something as basic as the parking space numbers. Besides, the sign said 3 hours, I told them 3 hours, and they cut it off after 2 hours. On top of that, it's extremely expensive, which is in line with the area. In short, really don't go; you'll have a terrible time.

Terrible. I booked a room with a whirlpool tub, and when we arrived, the tub was stained, and there was even a hair in it—absolutely disgusting. I called reception, and the woman told me there were no other rooms available and that they couldn't give me a refund. She offered to send a maid to clean it, but she never arrived. Very insensitive of her. There was also a moth in the room, and when I tried to use the whirlpool, the water was scalding hot, and the sheets looked like they'd been cut.

Last night, April 2nd, 2023, I was there, and the manager was a complete disaster. She was rude, impatient, and annoying. When we tried to get into the room, the door was locked, and they had to call someone to let us in after a very long wait. Once inside, I don't know why she kept calling the internal phone, and to top it all off, she tried to charge us for our drinks during our stay. I mean, couldn't she wait until we left? Were we going to escape without the car? It was a bad experience this time, but other times it's been good. Oh, and there aren't any outlets nearby to charge cell phones.
