The room was very nice, the jacuzzi was amazing, but the wifi didn't work, the air conditioning wouldn't start in either cold or hot mode, and when I turned on the shower tap it came off the wall because it was spinning freely and no hot water came out at all.

Excellent service, wonderful. All the receptionists were lovely. The curly-haired blonde lady and the brunette with the bangs, whom I haven't seen in a while, are both so kind. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are well-behaved and provide excellent service. Thank you so much!

Hi, we went on Saturday night and the girls at reception were really great!! And the girl who worked mornings was awesome!! It wasn't breakfast time anymore!! But she sent it to me anyway!! Excellent service and the room was a 10 out of 10 thanks to the St. James Hotel 💪 I would definitely go back!! It's a shame I live so far away!!

We went on August 13th... Almost everything was great. The place was modern, as was the room. However, the faucets in the room were a bit outdated. We practically couldn't use the television because it wasn't working properly; the screen kept going black. What was annoying was the noise from people walking in the hallways. We didn't use the air conditioning at that time. We'll be back soon to see if it works properly, as it's important for us to have it working correctly during the hot season so we can enjoy the place as a couple.

The parking lot is huge, and each room has its own assigned parking space. The room is fantastic, clean, and really cool, with beautiful mirrors. The jacuzzi is a 10/10; the water doesn't reach the top to prevent overflowing, so it fills a little over halfway. The price is excellent for the room you get. I plan to go much more often now that I know about it and have experienced it. The breakfast was also a 10/10. It included two coffees with milk and a little foam, two orange juices, and four delicious croissants. I left the hotel wanting to return immediately, absolutely thrilled with my stay.
