Order placed online on July 16th, then July 21st, then July 28th, and finally August 3rd. Shipping has been repeatedly postponed. Customer service is unreachable. No response to emails. I'm really wondering if they actually have the products... or if it's just a cash grab. I'm going to report this case because I haven't received any response. I would like to have someone to talk to, which is not the case. (I should mention that I have sent several emails and made several calls; I can provide proof if you wish.) Or I can publish them here.

I really enjoyed the shop; I was able to easily find what I was looking for. The person who greeted us was warm and friendly. I highly recommend this shop (it's now my favorite!).
