Order placed online on July 16th, then July 21st, then July 28th, and finally August 3rd. Shipping has been repeatedly postponed. Customer service is unreachable.
No response to emails.

I'm going to report this case because I haven't received any response.
I would like to have someone to talk to, which is not the case.
(I should mention that I have sent several emails and made several calls; I can provide proof if you wish.) Or I can publish them here.
The shop is very aesthetically pleasing, with a wide variety of items to suit all tastes, and I received a warm welcome :)
