I could say that this is the cleanest love hotel I've ever seen. The cleaning staff always comes in before each use to change the towels, the jacuzzi foam, and the sheets (which are clearly made of the finest cotton imported from Africa). And even during the act, sometimes they come in to change the sheets, and they don't seem to mind at all (they're clearly seasoned professionals). Thank you always for your attention and the services provided.

Hello! This is the fifth time my girlfriend and I have stayed here. The first time, we found a live cockroach. The second time, the jacuzzi was leaking, and there was no way to fix it, even after asking the concierge for help. The third time, there were no more bathrobes or a mini-fridge, even though the website stated they were. Of course, when we left, we politely informed the concierge about what the website said and what they weren't providing. However, we went a fourth time, and the water droplet on the jacuzzi where you rest your head was peeling off and constantly leaking. It wasn't clean. When you got out of the jacuzzi, there was water on the floor, and if you weren't careful, you could slip. We're regulars, we pay for the most expensive room, and we always have some unpleasant problem. The music cuts out unexpectedly while we're relaxing in the jacuzzi; you're not going to get out to see what's wrong. These are just some of the details that have accumulated. I simply want to say that we pay for good service, and nothing... when we've informed the concierge, nothing at all.

Agradable habitacion, elegimos la ejecutiva, $65.000 (Abril 2026), el precio estandar entre hoteles, entre 60 y 80 el pernocte salen, aunque he ido a uno en pleno Palermo, habitacion royal con hidro incluido, 60 mil pesos, asi que es una cuestion a considerar rebajar los precios. Comenzando con lo negativo fue que no tenia hidromasaje, solo 2 habitaciones tenia hidro, ambas ocupadas esa noche, no hay gran variedad para elegir, la television unicamente con cable, sin conexion bluetooh, sin duda es urgente que actualicen el sistema y no hay ingreso para caminar. En cuanto a lo positivo, lo mas destacable, a mi parecer, de la habitacion fue la cama, la mas comoda en la que he dormido entre albergues, la ducha es espaciosa, te ofrecen un preservativo, costumbre algo olvidada y el horario de ingreso es partir de las 2 AM y salida a 12 PM (10 horas), donde en muchos otros es a partir de las 4 AM a 12 PM (8 horas); el desayuno tambien me sorprendio, cafe, jugo de naranja y 6 medialunas, en otros lugares unicamente 4 medialunas y cafe, tambien al ordenar una botella de agua te la presentan con 2 vasos de hielo, se agradece la presentacion, asu vez el hotel es cercano a la estacion Once, lo cual es un plus si uno vuelve en tren al dia siguiente. Sin dudas, no fue una mala experiencia y es un hotel a considerar si uno esta por Once a la madrugada, o quiere despertar, cruzar la calle y tomar el tren Sarmiento enseguida. Podria llegar a volver en alguna ocasion futura.

This experience is recent. I usually go to this hotel because it's close and convenient. While it wasn't luxurious, I always requested the best room to spend the night with my partner. The bed always creaked, that was never a problem. But this last time, the jacuzzi foams weren't available, and when we asked for them, they never brought them. This time there was no refrigerator. Obviously, whenever we stay overnight, we bring something to drink, and since the bar selection is very limited for our tastes, we asked the first time if we could bring in other drinks, which was never objected to. Last time, they complained to me about the bed being wet (obviously, things happen in the heat of the moment, especially if you're a woman, you know what could have happened). The mattress cover is just a piece of fabric that doesn't cover anything. I always try to keep things tidy and leave them as organized as possible, which is obvious since you're paying for a service. The cleaning lady should clean; that's what you pay her for (although I've read many reviews about things not cleaning, maybe that's why they complained). This is the first time in a hotel that I've been told I left something wet or the towels in the wrong place. Things like that... honestly, I'd rather go home and hire a cleaning lady so my partner doesn't embarrass herself. She obviously told her about it, and my partner was very upset by how she treated us when we left. Finally, the receptionist, while she had already told us off, insulted us as we were leaving, saying we wouldn't be allowed back in as an act of discrimination. Honestly, it's disrespectful to people who, if they don't go there, WON'T HAVE A JOB. I don't know if they consider that when they mistreat the people who do go to that hotel. Anyway, I don't care about her threats to not let me return. There are thousands of hotels, but we always choose that one because it's close. I don't plan on going back to that dump of a hotel; it has so many bad experiences for a reason.

The bed was very comfortable, but the cleanliness was ZERO. It's obvious the maids only come in to change the sheets and then leave. You take your shoes off and feel all the grime on your feet. I went into the bathroom and there was a used condom lying on the floor—that's because they didn't even open the bathroom to clean it! We didn't change rooms because we had already showered and didn't have much time left to sleep, but for those reasons, I've stopped going.
