My partner and I booked a special room with a jacuzzi two weeks ago. As soon as we entered, we were met with a disgusting smell of cigarettes. It was so strong we wanted to leave. We'd only been there for five minutes, and they told us that if we left, they would charge us the full price. Because of this, we gave them another chance and asked to change rooms, but they still charged us the same amount, even though the room was a lower category.
The photos don't match the online advertising at all. A terrible experience!
If I could, I'd give it half a star.
Horrible experience. Room 9.
Dirty, the mini-fridge was broken, we ordered hamburgers and fries, the hamburgers were passable, and the fries were raw. 90,000 pesos for a horrible night. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and there was nothing on TV.
The worst hotel experience of my life.
Don't go. The service is terrible. The menu QR code doesn't work, the music is awful, the internet is unreliable, and when you call reception they treat you rudely. The TV wouldn't turn on.
The worst part was the poor service at reception when I called to ask questions.
Although my partner and I had seen some bad reviews, we still wanted to go because it was the only hotel that allowed a 3-hour stay.
As soon as we arrived, the receptionist was lovely. They had mentioned there was a problem with the hot water, but we didn't think much of it.
They gave us room 9, which was a disaster. Even though they had already explained the hot water issue, the water wasn't even lukewarm. The music channels were boring, the TV worked terribly, and the remote control was just as bad. The volume, changing channels, and playing videos were all incredibly unreliable.
The entire room was dusty, the stairs were dirty, and the walls were covered in dust. There was no remote for the air conditioning; we had to call them to turn it on, and even then, it wasn't blowing heat. It was set to 25 degrees Celsius, but it was blowing cold air.
When we decided to order alcoholic drinks, we thought they would just leave them at the register and walk away, but that wasn't the case. The receptionist rang the bell about three times, and my partner had to get dressed because she charged us for the drinks. I know the girl wasn't to blame, but they can charge us for all that after we leave... don't ruin the experience for people.
They also called us again later to ask for the payment details we'd already made... can't they check all that before or after we arrive? Terrible service.
Our room had an outdoor jacuzzi and an indoor hot tub. The outdoor jacuzzi was filthy, ancient, and didn't have hot water; both were cold.
Everything was awful, honestly. I recommend the one two blocks away called CLASSIC; it's much better and doesn't have any of those problems.
First and last time we'll be here. Room 19. They charge $96,000 without a jacuzzi. They charge every two hours on weekends.
There was no set of towels. I had to call to ask for them. No hot water. Just lukewarm, if that.
LED TV with 5 channels. Music with 2 channels. Non-existent Wi-Fi. The QR code for the bar menu doesn't work.
They don't even include a toothbrush. And you have to call to get the air conditioning turned on. Analog keypad system that doesn't even work. No refrigerator… walls in bad shape. They're stuck in the past. For what they are, they should charge less. But oh well. Crossed off the list of motels in the northern suburbs.
