How good it used to be couple of years back and how it’s just a dumpster now! I would have given it a zero if Google allowed it. Filthy place, Rude receptionist (who needs to be kicked out asap) with zero manners and regard for the business or customers. Save your money, time and energy to come here. Hopefully some new management takes over and sorts this place out.

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience at this establishment was disappointing enough that I feel others should be aware. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service at this establishment is an embarrassment to the word “service.” From the moment I walked in, it was clear nobody working here cared about professionalism, basic courtesy, or even the bare minimum effort, the service was disorganized and unwelcoming. The staff seemed uninterested in answering basic questions, and communication was curt at best. The staff acted like they were being forced to do their jobs at gunpoint—eye-rolling, annoyed sighs, and a general attitude that customers are nothing but a nuisance. The place itself was rundown, poorly maintained, and radiated the kind of neglect you’d expect from an abandoned building. Cleanliness was an afterthought, comfort was nonexistent, and the atmosphere sat somewhere between “we don’t care” and “please leave.” Overall, this was hands-down the most unprofessional and disrespectful service I have ever encountered anywhere. Save your time, money, and dignity—don’t bother with this place. For a business that depends on discretion, professionalism, and customer care, this was a major failure. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Quality service and basic respect should be standard, not a luxury. They’ve clearly given up, and it shows.
