I think it's a real shame that you're no longer allowed outside to smoke or breathe fresh air, because inside the Aimer it's just like a sauna, and now you always have to pay upon entry if you've been outside. There are other systems, such as a wristband, and simply cutting it off when actually leaving and keeping it for checks in the evening. Also, restoring the cubicles, locks on the latches, etcetera.

Rude, and horrible staff. They don't bother explaining everything and when you misunderstand them they will yell at you and call you names. I wish I could give 0 stars

Worst store and service ever... Incompetent staff, filthy cinema... Bosses exploit their staff; they work late hours, on Sundays and holidays, and don't get any extra compensation. They even listen in on their staff through microphones in their store cameras... No wonder staff turnover is rampant... It's a shame this circus hasn't closed for good yet!

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. My experience here was just all around terrible. Tried returning an unused item I had bought that wasn’t even taken out of the packaging yet, the bosses threw a fit and refused my money back. The bosses are super unprofessional as well. 1 of which is not friendly, super threatening and cocky with everyone and is always constantly cussing out the employees, along with the 2 other ones. All 3 of them seem to not have any knowledge about anything and is super hard to speak with. Fair Warning. There’s constantly sketchy people who hang around or in the store. Will definitely make you feel uncomfortable and nervous. If you’re looking for good customer service this is NOT the place for you.

This sex shop is an absolute disappointment; the staff is unfriendly and seems to have absolutely no interest in helping customers. Moreover, there are always weird types hanging around the store, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. And if you want to buy something, you're better off going elsewhere because the staff has absolutely no product knowledge!!! Fortunately, there is another sex shop nearby that offers a totally different experience. There you will find a nice, tidy store with super friendly saleswomen who *do* have extensive product knowledge and will work with you to find the product that suits you best. If you are looking for a good experience, quality products, and excellent after-sales service, definitely forget about this store.
