Fantastic experience at this store! The sales assistant gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the shop, offering lots of helpful advice on the different toys. She really took the time to explain everything and make us feel comfortable, which was much appreciated. I also came back the next day to exchange an item because I had ordered the wrong size. The exchange was seamless since the box hadn't been opened and the product hadn't been tried on. Truly excellent service, I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the second time I've been there, and both times I've pointed out that they don't carry any plus sizes. Even their largest size is a 38-40 (French size). And on top of that, they have the nerve to say that plus sizes are hard to find and complicated. I tried again after about two years, and it was the same story... Knowing that many other shops have plus-size lingerie without any problem, I find this unacceptable and discriminatory! Regarding your comment: Absolutely not! I came with my husband, and you have very few plus sizes, and the only XXL items you have (3 or 4 pieces) aren't true plus sizes. Your saleswoman was quite embarrassed, by the way... I wear an 85F (French size), and nothing fit! And yes, thankfully, I find what I need in other shops that are inclusive. It's a shame about this bad faith... And I repeat, your saleswoman told us several times how complicated it is to find plus sizes and that few brands carry them. Accusing a customer of giving a dishonest review is unprofessional. I came as a customer, with no connection to any competitor. I wear a 34F bra and I didn't find anything suitable during my two visits. My opinion is therefore based on facts. If your product range has expanded since then, it would be helpful to mention that rather than questioning the honesty of other customers.

We came as a group of girls, some just browsing without any expectations, others with specific ideas in mind. The two saleswomen were incredibly kind, honest but not at all insensitive; they offered excellent advice and knew their products very well. The setting is elegant, and they have a very wide selection of products. Go to the shop; you won't regret it!

After several purchases, my partner decided to buy me a gift. I didn't want the accessory and I didn't even open the box, hoping for a refund and to get something else. The result? The store refuses to refund me because the box had supposedly already been opened... So now I have an item I don't want that's been opened by who knows who (even better!). I'm disappointed by the lack of effort they made to satisfy us, especially since we were loyal customers.
