This place is truly fantastic! I genuinely enjoyed the service—they were incredibly attentive, inquiring about every single pressure point where I felt discomfort. Coming here was absolutely worth it.

The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect toward customers. Instead of making clients feel welcome and relaxed, they behaved in a way that was arrogant and careless. One of the most upsetting parts of the experience was the lack of honesty. The staff repeatedly gave misleading information. What was initially described to me was completely different from what I actually received. It honestly felt like they were trying to trick customers rather than provide a professional service. The overall atmosphere was also very uncomfortable. Instead of feeling like a place for relaxation, it felt stressful and irritating. The staff seemed more interested in rushing customers and pushing extra charges rather than providing quality service. Every interaction felt forced and unpleasant. Another issue was the lack of professionalism in how they handled complaints. When I tried to calmly explain that I was unhappy with the service, they became defensive and dismissive instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation. There was no attempt to apologize or make things right. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of respect for customers. For a place that claims to be a “VIP” spa, the experience was the complete opposite of what you would expect. A business that values its customers should focus on honesty, transparency, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this place failed in all of those areas. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I left feeling irritated, disappointed, and completely dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend VIP SPA to anyone. If there were an option to give zero stars, that would honestly be the rating I would choose.

Leaving felt like floating, wrapped in a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation. It was more than just a massage; it was a complete mental and physical reset. An absolute sanctuary of wellness, I cannot recommend this place highly enough and am already planning my next escape.

First time I tried this VIP spa today. And I've met Yaya as I can remember her name. A very professional plus her appearance are very attractive young woman that can surely takes away all the stress of your day.

I saw Chloe and don't recommend her at all! first of all the photo and age is not accurate and real! She is not 20, but much more older. About service, she was super picky as she didn't want to be touched at all! Like I recently got piercing and my ears are painful, don't touch my hair, my face , my arms, my p....! But she didn't mentioned first, as she wanted to charge more. Continually asking is it done? !!!! Not even acceptable massage! She was ok with watching her! Waist of money.
